LIQUID COSMETICS PRODUCTION

All the raw materials used in production are products of the world's leading cosmetic raw material brands, and all the cosmetic products produced meet Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards.
Capacity
Daily liquid cosmetic bulk production capacity is 6 tons and 120,000 bottles and labeling. Transparent or colored pet bottles and polyethylene tube packaging are mainly preferred in parallel with the changing technology in cosmetic product packaging. In addition to these, PVC and polyethylene bottles are also preferred.
Solid Soap Production
Raw soap material imported by our company is used in the production of solid soap. In addition to white soap, many types of soaps with additives are produced using glycerin, olive oil, and herbal and special extracts. Our fully automated soap production line can process 4 tons of solid soap per day. In addition to existing molds and logos, molds and logos can be prepared according to customer preferences. The soaps produced are presented unpacked, in cardboard box, as transparent or white pleat wrapped, and in Alupack or soft pack packages. Colored soap can be produced in case the order is in sufficient quantity. Besides the fully automatic soap production line, special production can also be made with horizontal press for very special designs.
Accessories
Apart from your cosmetic products, you can increase the satisfaction of your customers with a wider product range of the accessories of your preference. Our company also offers packaging designs of all the accessories you can use to complete your design and increase the elegance of your rooms. Accessories supplied both domestically and internationally are eye-catching with the packaging we produce and pack.
Pad Printing
Generally preferred in accessories, our company can perform 60,000 prints per day in case pad-printed products other than labels are selected in cosmetic product packages. The printing machines, which use Pantone colors specially prepared with the Pantone codes specified in your corporate identity, operate semi-automatically.

Our professional graphic design team and our support in terms of both cost and elegance will guide you in creating the design you desire until the production stage of your products with the original designs that best fit your concept.
